A bit out of the way if you&rsquo;re staying in Amboise but worth the 5 minute drive from city center. Our waiter was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. It was a very hot day so we started with a very cold beer that hit the spot perfectly.

Superb evening. Delicious menu, excellent food and great wines. We ate Al fresco and had the best evening of our holiday. Bravo.

Light and airy restaurant with beautiful view and sunset. But a very formal atmosphere. Delicious veggie main course and grand marnier souffl&eacute; but dissapointing homard for the very high price (&euro;60). Very professional staff.

One of the best restaurants we have been to in France.  Surprised with a small appetizer with our delicious regional white wine.  Had a unique salad, pork in a delicious sauce with vegetables for our entree, and the richest chocolate dessert ever.

The food and ambiance were average.  Not really what I expected from previous reviews on the Fork.  Prices were reasonable, and the food came out fast, but overall the food was basic and bland.  This establishment is away from the more polished cafes and bistros of central Amboise and it is not the same quality and experience.  The weak wifi signal made both ordering and paying problematic. I made a rookie mistake in not reviewing and translating the &ldquo;all in French&rdquo; menu on the app prior to arrival and we ended up ordering the organ meat de jour because we could not get a signal to Google it.

The food was just acceptable,  notofanygreatinterest. The service was friendly but slow. Beware: this hotel and restaurant attracts bus tours. Our meal was disturbed by other diners loudly discussing politics.

Nous avons v&eacute;cu une exp&eacute;rience incroyable! De passage sur Amboise pour quelques jours, cette adresse a &eacute;t&eacute; pour nous une belle d&eacute;couverte. Nous avons &eacute;t&eacute; tr&egrave;s bien accueilli. Les plats sont d&eacute;licieux. Nous avons tellement appr&eacute;ci&eacute; que nous y sommes retourn&eacute;s une deuxi&egrave;me fois 3 jours plus tard... Merci &agrave; toute l&#39;&eacute;quipe et bravo au chef !

We have experienced a fantastic experience! Passing on Amboise for a few days, this address was a beautiful discovery for us. We were very welcome. The dishes are delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we returned there another 3 days later ... Thanks to the entire team and bravo to the boss!
